Terms of Use (Staff)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the CP Club Nagpur Staff App (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Access and Use

– Staff and Manager Access: The App is exclusively available to registered staff and managers of CP Club Nagpur. All users are authenticated through OTP-based login and are registered by the club’s back-office system.

– Staff Mode: Staff members can:
  – Check-in and check-out by taking a selfie.
  – Have their location verified during check-ins and check-outs to ensure compliance with registered locations.
  – Log completed tasks for reporting to management.

– Manager Mode: Managers can:
  – Register new locations and assign location IDs.
  – Manage staff registrations and assign staff to specific zones.

3. Use of Location Data

Staff members must allow location access to the App during check-in and checkout. The App only records location during these times and ensures that staff are within a registered location for check-ins to be valid. Location data is stored alongside attendance records and is not used for any other purpose.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
– Use the App solely for purposes authorized by CP Club Nagpur.
– Allow location access during check-in and checkout to verify attendance.
– Ensure that all information (such as selfies and task logs) is accurate.
– Not share your OTP login with others or allow unauthorized access to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including logos, design, and functionality, is the intellectual property of CP Club Nagpur. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without explicit permission from the club.

6. Limitation of Liability

CP Club Nagpur is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, technical issues, or unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms or at the club’s discretion.
