– Personal Information: The App does not allow staff registration. All staff and manager logins are handled through the back-office system, and login is secured via mobile OTP-based authentication. The App collects personal information such as:
  – Staff ID and basic profile details (selfie, name)
  – Task information entered by staff
  – Location data during check-in and checkout

– Location Data: The App collects the exact GPS location of staff during check-in and checkout to ensure they are within a registered location. This data is crucial for validating staff attendance and task completion.

– Check-In Selfie: To verify staff identity during check-in, a selfie is required. This photo is stored securely and associated with the staff’s attendance record.

– App Usage Data: The App collects non-personal data such as login times, task logs, and interaction with features (like location registration by managers).

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:
– Authenticate staff and manager access through OTP-based login.
– Record staff attendance by validating their location and identity (via selfies).
– Track tasks completed by staff and provide task reporting to the management.
– Allow managers to register new locations, location IDs, staff, and zones.
– Improve the functionality of the App and monitor usage patterns to enhance performance.

 

3. Data Storage and Security

– Data Storage: All personal data (selfies, location, check-ins, and tasks) are stored securely within the club’s internal system. No external servers are used for storing sensitive information.

– Security Measures: We implement security measures such as encryption, secure OTP verification, and restricted access to ensure the safety of your personal data.

 

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
– Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., OTP services) to facilitate secure login.
– Legal Compliance: If required by law or legal process, we may disclose your information to comply with applicable regulations or protect the club’s legal rights.

 

5. Location Data Usage

Location data is strictly used for attendance verification (check-in and checkout) and is only stored in conjunction with your attendance records. Location data is never used for tracking purposes outside of the App’s functions.
