2. Access and Use

– Member Access: The App is exclusively available to registered members of CP Club Nagpur. Only members whose information is present in the club’s internal database, as maintained by the back-office team, will have access to the App.
– App Features: The App provides features including event booking, facilities reservations, account statement viewing, and payment gateway access for outstanding dues.

3. Payment Terms

All payments made through the App for event bookings or outstanding dues are final. Any disputes or concerns should be directed to the club’s administration team.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
– Use the App solely for purposes authorized by CP Club Nagpur.
– Not share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including logos, design, and functionality, is the intellectual property of CP Club Nagpur. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without explicit permission from the club.

6. Limitation of Liability

CP Club Nagpur is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, technical issues, or unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms or at the club’s discretion.
